Terms and conditions
DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings specified below:
- "Account" means a Player's individual account with Us;

USER NAME AND PASSWORD
A Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's Account.
PAYMENT TERMS
We reserve the right to charge Charges on all transactions, including deposits and withdrawals. A Player must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to payments.
GAME RULES AND PAYOUTS
All games offered by Us are governed by Our game rules and payout policies. We reserve the right to modify these at any time without notice.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

TERMINATION
We may terminate a Player's Account and/or cancel any transactions at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
BINDING EFFECT
These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Us and Our successors and assigns.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between a Player and Us regarding the use of Our services.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms at Our sole discretion.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE
The English language version of these Terms shall prevail over any translations or interpretations.
